Come join us for Fresh Start Nutrition at William Walker!
Hands on nutrition class designed to empower community members with skills and knowledge to create nutritious, affordable, and delicious meals at home. Focus on building balanced salads, healthy snack, and fresh fruits, all for better health and fun. Participants will learn how to combine fresh ingredients as well as discover the benefits of fruits, veggies, grains, and nuts.
