Come Join us at Peachtree Hills for the Mind Over Matter Stretching Class. This class is designed to increase your flexibility, mobility, and overall, well-being. Participants will go through a series of stretching exercises target their major muscle groups and joints.
So come ready to get loose and have fun!!!
