Join us for the Glow for Melanoma: Neon Night 5K, a fun-filled evening run to raise funds for melanoma research and help patients who cannot afford care! This unique race, hosted by the Sun Protection Outreach Teaching by Students (SPOTS) group, is neon-themed and held in the evening to promote sun safety.
Why Neon?
We’re racing from 5-9 PM to avoid direct sunlight and minimize UV exposure—because we practice what we preach! Wear your brightest neon gear, and we’ll light up the night with glow sticks, neon face paint, and fun race swag.
Whether you're running, walking, or simply cheering from the sidelines, this 5K is for all fitness levels and ages. It’s a perfect opportunity to support an important cause while enjoying an exciting, family-friendly event on the beautiful Augusta University Campus.
