Independent Boatuse is included in the Annual Membership fee. Rowers must be pre-approved by Director before going out on the water without a coach. Collegiate Memberships are valid for 3 months, intended for use while home for summer break. Please contact director@whatcomrowing.org if you need access during winter break.
