About this event
Take the next step in your creative practice and learn the basics of drawing, with an emphasis on color exploration. This course will improve your skill at sketching and drawing, teach you the basic color theory, introduce color harmony, and how to draw from life. By the end of the class students will feel comfortable drawing using a variety of media. Materials List: Caran d'Ache Luminance Colored Pencils - Set of 12 or 20 Strathmore 400 series recycled drawing paper 11x14 Strathmore 400 Series Toned Mixed Media Pad - 11" x 14" tan or grey White plastic eraser Tombow Caran d'Ache Neocolor I Wax Pastels - Assorted Colors, Set of 15 2 hole metal pencil sharpener The Inkstone on 2431 Durant Ave. near the UC Berkeley campus will have supplies and kits available.
