Description
Our Golden Fit class is intended for folks 55 and older and focuses on the foundational components of longevity. Workouts will be structured to assist in increasing strength and balance while maintaining flexibility. This low-impact class will utilize dumbbells, resistance bands, wall exercises and chairs. Consistency with participation will ensure long-term improvements as folks age along in life!
Session fees are pro-rated so you can sign up ANY time!
No class November 26th and 28th and December 24th and 26th
