Bishop Boogie 5K run

- Come join us for the 2024 Bishop Boogie 5K Road Race!
- T-shirts will be provided for all pre registered runners
- Awards for Top 3 overall M & F and for Top 3 M & F Masters (40 years and older) Division
- Start/Finish line will be in front of the Bishop Boogie Music Festival Stage!
- Live Music, Vendors, Food Trucks, Kid Zone & Creature Comforts Beer starting @ 11 am
- Support the 'Biggest Small Town in Georgia' and get your Boogie On!
Event details and schedule
- Bishop Boogie 5K road race- Saturday September 21st 9:30 am.
- Race Packet and day of registration will start at 8:30 am at the Bishop Baptist Church
- This is a classic out and back course on Old Bishop Rd and official timing will be provided by Athens Running Company
- Parking is available at the Bishop Baptist Church (see map) for the festival and the 5K. NOTE: Old Bishop Road will be CLOSED between the church and Railroad Street, so it's best to come down Old Bishop Road from the north/Watkinsville. Futhermore, THERE WILL BE NO TRAFFIC ALLOWED ON THE COURSE STARTING @ 9:15 am until the end of the race. Please be parked at the Bishop Baptist Church (1110 Old Bishop Road) by 9:15 am.
