Description
Yoga in the ParkJoin Boerne Parks and Recreation for Yoga in the Park! Outdoor classes will be held at local park locations and led by local certified yoga instructor, Janeen Castillo, of Grounded Movement. Each session will be created around monthly themes and priorities such as shoulder mobility, connecting to balance, relaxing the hips, and so much more! We will explore and learn about breath and movement using yoga Foundations. Special attention will be given to teaching body awareness and meeting individuals where they are in their movement journey.
Yoga mats, blocks & other props available for students to use to ensure an inclusive environment.
Class size limited to 20 participants.
Location: Library Amphitheater (451 N Main St, Boerne, TX 78006)Day/Time: Saturday / 9:30am-10:30am
Instructor will plan one (1) make-up class for each session.
Yoga for all levels in the calming setting of the outdoors. Classes will take place every Saturday and will be 1 hour long. Bring your own mat and water, other equipment is available to borrow.
Class fee is $20.
Refund Policies:-NO refund for no-shows-Cancellations made more than seven working days prior to scheduled class date will receive a full refund.
