The assessment is designed to help older adults (60+) maintain an active and fully functional lifestyle. The functional assessment consists of evaluating cardiovascular conditioning, strength, flexibility, and balance. Activity and program recommendations will be given based on the results.Pre-registration is required, register online, call 303-441-3148 to make an appointment or register in person at any Recreation Center front desk.
