Improve your performance and recovery from endurance sports as you learn exercises to help improve agility, mobility and strength.
Tuesday classes will lead by a physical therapist and focus on strength, stability and core.
Thursdays will be lead by running coach/personal trainer and focus on running drills, agility, core and mobility.
You may sign up for Tuesday's only (class #37666) or Thursday's (class #37669) only or for both classes.
Participants must be healthy and cleared for strengthening, no current and ongoing injuries, recent surgeries nor fractures.
No Class November 28.
