Description
Hey Adults! Have you ever wanted to learn some gymnastics? Or be able to do a cartwheel or a handstand? Or bring back your gymnastics skills from your past? This new instructed adult gymnastics class can help you do just that! We will have instructors that will help you safely learn gymnastics skills and work with you on your goals. Come check out these new classes on Thursdays – we have 3 class options to explore!
