You don't have to be attending a Royal Wedding to wear "A Fascinator" but Spring is the perfect time to make one to wear for Easter, Derby, Mother's Day or all three occasions! Come and join other ladies and learn millinery basics to make this hat base and decorate it to give it that special fashion style. A Wonderfull Mother/Daughter class! And...Not only is this a unique and fun class but the instructor has a surprise for everyone after they have completed their project.
