Description
Lactate Threshold Heart Rate (LTHR) and/or Functional Threshold Power (FTP) test: A ramp test that gradually increases in intensity to establish heart rate and/or power-based training zones. Depending on the sport you are training for we will test accordingly to replicate your training modality.
One-Repetition Maximum (1-RM) Strength Test: A maximum strength test to establish the most amount of weight you can lift for 1-5 repetitions at failure. This modality of strength testing is best utilized on major compound lifts like the barbell squat, deadlift or bench press. Once a 1RM is established we will provide your individualized training percentages for you to utilize in programming and periodization.
