Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away. Join this program to achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of caloric-burning, heart-racing, muscle-pumping, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life! *THIS CLASS WILL HAVE A NEW MEETING DATE AND TIME FOR WINTER What to Bring: comfortable clothes, and a bottle of water. Our highly qualified/certified instructor is excited to meet everyone and will ensure an educational, safe, and FUN experience! This FCPR Fitness class will be held at Brunswick Recreation Center. Brunswick Recreation Center is located at 400 Central Ave, Brunswick, MD 21716 (inside of Brunswick Elementary School). Parking & Entrance is to the side of the school, look for our FCPR signs. Staff onsite will direct you to our activity room.
