Description
This is an open division volleyball league that offers 8 regular season games, up to 2 playoff games. The Winter 2025 Intramural Champions will also represent BCIT at the annual Intercampus Championship against SFU and KPU!
Regular season games are self-officiated and played best of 3 sets (first 2 sets cap at 25, third set cap 15). Playoff games are played first 2 sets 25 (no cap), third set to 15 (no cap). All games are played at the co-ed net height. Please note, this is a structured league that requires teams to commit to playing on a weekly basis.
All players are required to attend the mandatory Pre-Season Meeting (date/time below) to participate in the league.
IMPORTANT LEAGUE DATES:
- Pre-Season Meeting (Mandatory): Wednesday, Jan 22 at 2:45pm in SE16 Gymnasium
- Game Days: Weekly on Wednesdays Jan 29, Feb 5, 12, 19, 26, Mar 19, 26, Apr 2 (Note: No games scheduled during March exams or Spring Break)
- Playoff Dates: Wednesdays, April 9 & 16 (Note: Top 12 teams after conclusion of regular season qualify for playoffs)
- Game Times: 3:00pm, 4:00pm and 5:00pm
- Intercampus Championship (BCIT v SFU v KPU): Saturday, April 19th beginning at 11am (game time TBD)
