Description
Join us for a 60 minute class where you can tone and sculpt your whole body. Taught by our instructor Jen, she will use light weights and resistance bands with high repetitions to create and effective burn. This is designed to lengthen and strengthen your muscles to create a leaner and stronger physique.Age Category
