Treat yourself to a rejuvenating yoga program! Join an enjoyable and safe environment to work on your range of motion, balance, flexibility and strength. Each week will explore yoga that moves your body to feels good!Each program takes special consideration of any injuries and limitations you may have. Please bring your own yoga mat, a blanket or towel, and a water bottle.
A Get Active Questionnaire must be completed by all participants on the first day of program
