This class combines the Pilates Method with props such as weights, bands, and other small equipment to challenge your core, strength, and stamina. During this class, you will use your body-weight to get a full-body workout while improving your overall body awareness and tone.You can expect to increase flexibility, build core strength, and refine your posture throughout the course of this program.

What We Provide
- Pilates mat
- Free weights (dumbbells)
- Yoga straps
- Pilates ring
- Yoga blocks
What to Bring
- A water bottle
- Athletic clothing/clothing you can move freely in
- Bare feet or Barre socks (these can be purchased at the customer service desk)
When You Arrive
- Please scan in using your membership card at customer service or;
- Purchase a MOVE MORE drop-in pass at customer service and receive a card which will be presented to the staff checking you in
- Outside of the studio you will be checked in for the class by one of our fitness centre staff
- Please remove your shoes and leave them on the shelf inside of the studio
- Choose whichever spot you like!

Please be aware that late-comers will not be permitted to enter the studios out of respect for instructors and fellow participants.
