This interval training class is designed to help improve cardiovascular health, boost your endurance, and burn calories through dynamic and engaging drills.Alternating between bursts of high (or low) intensity and short recovery times using exclusively body-weight, you receive the best possible full-body workout in the shortest amount of time!
PrerequisitesMOVE MORE Membership or;MOVE MORE Drop-in Pass
What We Provide
- Any equipment needed
What to Bring
- A water bottle
- Athletic clothing/clothing you can move freely in
- Running shoes/cross-training shoes
When You Arrive
- Please scan in using your membership card at customer service or;
- Purchase a MOVE MORE drop-in pass at customer service and receive a card which will be presented to the staff checking you in
- Outside of the studio you will be checked in for the class by one of our fitness centre staff
- Choose whichever spot you like!

Please be aware that late-comers will not be permitted to enter the studios out of respect for instructors and fellow participants.
