Description
This class will incorporate strength training principles by varying between the number of sets, the number of repetitions, and the volume of the weights used.This 6-week training cycle will be based on endurance-phased resistance training which means there will be more repetitions and lower weights used.

- Neoprene weight plates (2.5, 5, and 10lbs)
- Platforms
- Risers
- Resistance bands
- Mats
- Fun music
- A water bottle
- Athletic clothing/clothing you can move freely in
- Running or cross-training shoes with non-marking soles
When You Arrive
- Please scan in using your membership card at customer service or;
- Purchase a MOVE MORE drop-in pass at customer service and receive a card which will be presented to the staff checking you in
- Outside of the studio you will be checked in for the class by one of our fitness centre staff
- Choose whichever spot you like!
Please be aware that late-comers will not be permitted to enter the studios out of respect for instructors and fellow participants.
