Purchase A Family Membership and help to support your community. Annual Membership Cost: $35.00 (+GST) non-refundable Our members receive discounts at WHCA as well with local businesses when presenting a WHCA Membership Card. Check our website at westhillhurst.com/whca-membership for a full listing of participating businesses. General Membership is defined as those residing within the West Hillhurst boundaries as described below: North: 8th Ave to projection of Sumac Road to 8th Ave/9th Ave East: 18th Street South: Bow River West: 28th Street Affiliate Membership is defined as those residing outside the West Hillhurst Boundaries.
