What We Provide
  • Yoga mat
  • Bolster
  • Yoga blocks
  • Yoga straps

What to Bring
  • A water bottle
  • Athletic clothing/clothing you can move freely in

When You Arrive
  • Please scan in using your membership card at customer service or;
  • Purchase a MOVE MORE drop-in pass at customer service and receive a card which will be presented to the staff checking you in
  • Please be aware that late-comers will not be permitted to enter the studios out of respect for instructors and fellow participants.
  • Outside of the studio you will be checked in for the class by one of our fitness centre staff
  • Please leave your shoes on the shelf inside of the studio to keep the floors clean
  • Choose whichever spot you like!
