Course Sessions: Friday, November 14, 4:00 - 8:00pm Saturday, November 15, 10:00 - 6:30pm Sunday, November 16, 9:00 - 5:30pm Friday, November 28, 4:00 - 8:00pm Saturday, November 29, 10:00 - 6:30pm Sunday, November 30, 9:00 - 5:30pm The First Aid Instructor course prepares candidates to teach the Lifesaving Society's First Aid and CPR programs. Upon course completion, candidates receive a Standard First Aid & CPR-C/AED Recert and an AMOA certificate. Prerequisites: - 18 years old - Intermediate Level (WorkSafeBC) - Standard First Aid/CPR-C/AED from a recognized agency (Lifesaving Society, Canadian Red Cross, St. John Ambulance, Canadian Ski Patrol, Heart & Stroke Foundation) - Employed as a first aid provider/attendant for at least one year After successful completion, candidates complete an apprenticeship on two Standard First Aid full courses. Registration deadline is October 24, 2025
