Description
Do stress and anxiety affect your ability to relax and unwind? Are you simply looking for a nourishing and restorative yoga practice?This 4-week session presents varied gentle yoga practices combined with guided imagery to encourage deep relaxation, gentle healing, and effectively cultivate positive energy, inner strength, and beneficial balance. This class is open to everybody, no experience necessary!
