Description
Research continually shows that spending time outdoors away from the hustle and bustle of daily life contributes to a healthy mind and body. Join us for a fast paced night hike to benefit your physical and mental well-being. This program is for intermediate to advance hikers. Stop for occasional breaks to catch your breath and learn about the site. Feel free to bring a headlamp/light, however our hope is to allow our eyes adjust to the night skies and experience the dark.
