Description
Keep your mind in motion and feet on the ground. Designed for active adults who know the importance of staying mentally sharp and physically stable, this innovative class cleverly combines specific activities designed to improve your memory, reasoning, conceptualization, language and problem solving skills. You'll learn age-appropriate exercises to strengthen the core and reduce risk of falling while standing or walking.
This class will be held at the Tumbleweed Recreation Center located at 745 East Germann Road upstairs in Group Exercise Studio B.
