Description
The primary focus of this class is cardiovascular endurance and strength. Fitness sets are created using a combination of cardio and recovery periods. Please check with your physician for clearance before enrolling especailly if you have or had pre-exsisting heart conditions. Class is guided by a Certified and expereinced Personal Trainer.
