Description
The primary focus of this class is cardiovascular endurance and strength. Fitness sets are created using a combination of cardio and recovery periods. Please check with your physician for clearance before enrolling especailly if you have or had pre-exsisting heart conditions. Class is guided by a Certified and expereinced Personal Trainer. Space is limited. Reserve your spot today.
This class will be held at the Tumbleweed Recreation Center located at 745 East Germann Road upstairs in the Group Exercise Studio B.
