Description
This Active Adult Fitness program focuses on interval movement to increase cardiovascular and strength endurance. Additional emphasis on on improving balance, mobility, and flexibility will be included. Class is guided by a Certified and expereinced Personal Trainer. Space is limited. Reserve your spot today.
This class will be held at the Tumbleweed Recreation Center located at 745 East Germann Road upstairs in Group Exercise Studio B.
