Description
Get ready to break a sweat. Each week you'll jump into exciting workouts mixed with nutrition concepts and fun. Over the course of the session, you'll begin to build strength, endurance, coordination and friendships and make a healthy snack. This program is for individuals with disabilities. The fees for this program are being paid for by RAD.
