Stay young from the inside out! People often think Debbie Johnson is ten to fifteen years younger than her biological years! And really, she is, because she believes it works from the inside out, simply and quickly, every day. Debbie shares her anti-aging secrets with her own technique of "focused imagination". In this class you will practice some of these techniques, including learning better how to speak to ourselves and about ourselves, as well as to others. Debbie will also share secrets about how to focus on the way you do simple tasks, like standing, sitting, facial expressions, which can help you feel and look younger.
