Description
A low impact fitness class that blends techniques from the arts of Yoga, Pilates, And Barre movement methods. Exercises will be done at the Barre, lying and kneeling on our mats in various positions. No class May 26.
Modifications will be offered to support varying needs to the best of our abilities. Drop-ins available at $13/class. Bring a yoga mat with you to class.
