About this event

Description

A program designed to help you achieve your fitness goals while also reducing stress through an invigorating workout. Our program offers a variety of exercises that will target different muscle groups and help you build strength, stamina, and endurance First week will focus on total body with a HITT based workout. The second week were going to dance the stress the stress a way. The Third week will focus on toning the abdominal muscles and glutes, hamstrings and quads. Week Four will be music and Yoga
