Description
Eastway Senior Food Explorers is a program to teach senior how to prepare and make various foods. Join us for a yummy, good time with our professional Chef from A Perfect Beet! Seniors are welcome to join us on Monday afternoons 1pm-3pm. This is a 4-week class. •Day 1: Fall Fruit (Apples) – Apple Galette & Chicken Apple Sausage •Day 2: Seasonal Vegetable Dishes – Roasted Winter Vegetables over Creamy Polenta & Kale and Quinoa Salad •Day 3: Homemade Pasta Workshop – Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli & Long Pasta Making •Day 4: Chinese Take-Out – Egg Drop Soup & Vegetable Spring Rolls
