Description
Salsa Line Dance with Latin Fusion Clogging for Joy & FitnessDe-stress and have fun with movement to music as you improve cardio fitness, core strength, flexibility, and balance. In our dance classes, we integrate stress management techniques and focus on body awareness to promote emotional and physical wellness.
