Description
Keep your muscles flexible, healthy, and maintain mobility by learning the benefits that come with stretching in a clinic style setting. Learn how to increase your flexibility, improve posture, and reduce stress in your daily life. You can bring your favorite mat, but we will have mats if you do not have one. Wear comfortable clothes to stretch in and bring water.
