Stroke School curriculum will identify lead up skills within each stroke that focus on balance and rotation, air exchange, timing, pulling, and kicking. Instruction will focus on Freestyle, Backstroke, Elementary Backstroke, and Sidestroke with proper form.
Intermediate 1
Makeups are on Fridays. You will be contacted should a makeup occur.
