We are thrilled to return for another basketball season at BASIS Independent Manhattan, following a phenomenally successful year and continuing to develop our competitive team under Coach Peterson's guidance. The coach's objective is to cultivate skills, rules knowledge, strategy, teamwork, and the value of sportsmanship. All skill levels are welcome, and everyone will receive the necessary tools and guidance to progress and improve. Students in grades 6–8 can join our competitive basketball team in the CONSAT league, with games scheduled for the winter/spring season. Practice dates for all grades are listed below, but only grades 6–8 are eligible for the CONSAT league. Once the season schedule is released, game information will be posted on Parent Square and sent via email. Players will be provided with loaned uniforms, which must be returned at the end of the season to participate in other sports programs. Failure to return uniforms will result in a replacement fee.
