Description
Join us for a 2-mile long night hike to explore the dark forest and learn about creatures that prowl the park at night. We will discuss nocturnal animals, do some adaptation demonstrations, and use black light flashlights to look for biofluorescent organisms.Will take place October 26 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Dismal Swamp Canal Trail, 1246 Dismal Swamp Canal Trail. Bug spray and drinking water are recommended. Participants receive a goodie bag to take home with them. Cost is $5 per person.
