Description
XTREME Hip Hop Step is making step great AGAIN by combining cardio, the step board, great music and lots of fun. This will be a beginner's class with a slow to moderate pace. Whether you are a first-time stepper or just starting or restarting your fitness journey, this class is for YOU! No student will be left behind!Using a step board is not required but recommended.ALL ages, cultures, genders and fitness levels are welcome.$10 Drop-In option.
