Description
This 4-week workshop will be offered by Jeryn Isenor, a Level 1 Community Volleyball Coach credited through Volleyball Canada with six years of Tier 1 Volleyball experience playing for both Chill and Smash South Shore Volleyball teams. This workshop is geared toward those who are looking to learn, develop and improve their volleyball skills. It will be a higher intensity program that prepares athletes for school and club tryouts. Training is geared towards a typical club practice. In addition to providing our athletes with a better understanding of volleyball, we will work on mentoring each participant and help them build their confidence and self-esteem in a positive environment. Bring indoor sneakers, knee pads and water bottle.
