Description
Curious about yoga? Think you are not flexible enough? Never been on a yoga mat? It’s all fine…this beginner Yoga class is a safe and open environment for brand new yoga students or those who have been away for a while and want to brush up on the fundamentals. This class will move at a slower pace focusing on proper alignment and form. Get ready to fall in love with yoga!
