Description
Prepare for market day or the grocery store by sewing a tote bag complete with lining, boxed corners, and sturdy handles.
Please bring your sewing machine in good working order (some machines are available for rent, reserve at registration) and the following materials:
- 1 ¼ yard of 44/45” sturdy weight cotton fabric for bag exterior
- 1 yard of 44/45” coordinating cotton fabric for lining
- 1 yard of 1” or 1 ½” wide webbing (also called belting) for straps
- 1 spool coordinating all-purpose thread
