Level Four: Stroke Improvement (Dolphin)With guided support from our experienced instructors, participants will continue to improve their aquatic skills by continual use and work on familiar strokes, increase their endurance by swimming greater distances, and start to learn the foundations of backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. At this level, swimmers will also learn the basics of turning around at the wall! To immediately join this class, participants should feel comfortable jumping into deep water from the side of the pool, swimming freestyle for at least 15 yards, maintaining a position by treading or floating for 30 seconds, and swimming backstroke for 15 yards.
