Description
Have you ever struggled with your self-esteem, poor body image, and overall confidence? Join us for a 6 week self-esteem“makeover” from the inside out. Students will learn and practice various ways to strengthen and enhance your sense of self, and improve the relationship you have with yourself and your body.Please bring a notebook, pen, and something comfortable to move in.Activity Secondary Category
