Description
This new yoga class focuses on the needs of those who need more time and effort to maintain a healthy and flexible body. All levels are welcomed.
Participants must bring their own yoga equipment ( mat, blocks and straps). Limited yoga equipment may be provided by the instructor on a first-come, first-served basis.
Instructor: Maiedell Rose. Pre-registration is required.
