Description
- This strength-based class utilizes a variety of fitness equipment that gets the heart pumping! Expect to use Bosu balls, bands, weights, kettlebells and so much more. Different formats each week keep this an interesting workout. This will challenge the advanced and intermediate. However, modifications are given to meet most fitness levels.
