About this event
Aerial Silks (Ages 14+) - Level 1 (11:00 - 11:55AM): This class is designed for students who have no to minimum aerial silks experience. This class will focus on basic climbing, footlock, slip knots, inversion skills, double footlocking and conditioning. If you have prior experience in Gymkana silks classes, this class is recommended for participants of level 1, and level 2 participants who have not been actively training. Session includes 6 class dates between December 7 - February 1. (No classes on 12/21, 12/28, 1/18)
