Description
Apply to have a craft table at the 2025 Wine in the Woods. The event is Saturday, May 17 from 11am-6pm and Sunday, May 18 from 11am-5pm. This event has over 10,000 attendees over the two days. Crafters are expected to be fully set up and stocked at least 2 hours before event begins each day (details will follow closer to the event). Once fee is paid, you still need to fill out the application Crafter Application A non-refundable jurying/processing fee is required with all applications (no exceptions). Applications close at 4:30pm on December 18, 2024. This is highly competitive, and your payment does not guarantee that you will be chosen to have a table at the event. The event has limited craft space (less than 30 craft vendors). If accepted by the jury committee, the fee for a ten foot by ten-foot (10’x10’) space is $230. Fees are non-refundable. (You will be asked to explain your creative/design process on the form to show that items are handmade.) You will be notified of the jury’s decision by the end of February 2025. You will receive an email confirming your submission. Use this receipt as proof of purchase in the application. Questions can be emailed to rap@howardcountymd.gov. (You will receive responses between Monday-Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm.)
