Description
Life demands we respond to almost constant change. In times of additional tension and uncertainty-the state of the country or upcoming elections-we might experience new or increased anxiety. This program covers how to identify it, how we can prevent it, and how to care for ourselves when it gets the better of us. A look at anxiety from a strength perspective with compassion and sensitivity to the real affects it can have on our lives. Presented by Karen Hull, Howard County Office on Aging & Independence.
